MeLa is the student organisation for the Media Lab at TaiK in Helsinki, Finland.

The Media Lab runs two Masters courses, New Media and sound in new media. MeLa organises events for students, primarily focusing on new media arts and entertainment. These events provide a relaxed and friendly environment for students to show their own work, meet others in their field and view work from international artists and industry professionals.

MeLa also organises events within TaiK which enables students to develop a supportive and collaborative relationship as well as a sense of community for our international students.
